McDonald's in Neuss

Very frustrating! Whether via McDrive or in a restaurant, they keep forgetting a part of my order! Sometimes no toys for Happy Meal, sometimes the coffee, sometimes the chips are missing. That is not how it works! Never go back!

As always it was nice. The staff is very friendly, the coffee tastes very good.

How can you write badly about Mcs. Number 1 and rightly so. The drive in is always full, but the workers process it all in a matter of seconds. Madness. Respect.

Everything is there, condition is always nice, is always served and is always clean

An impudence. Milkshake doesn't work. For 4 weeks. Irresponsible ... almost anti-social

Even the 1 star is already too much. Unfortunately you have to give at least 1 star. It is not possible to order at the counter, only via the order panel, but this has not been cleaned up since installation. Absolutely disgusting. Drive in overwhelmed. Coupons have expired immediately upon opening and can be used. Actually, the customer is king. But not at Mc Donalds.

Always clean and, above all, up around the clock.

Food like every Mcdonalds, service leaves a lot to be desired. Masks are not worn in the kitchen. First and last time.

It's a clean McDonald's with friendly staff. I find the small parking lot to be a disadvantage. With lockdown, however, it doesn't matter - the drive-in is on ?

They are also open during this difficult time. I love it. Top service, fast processing.

Despite ordering online, a burger was given incorrectly, the wrong sauce was packed for the chicken wings and the additional sauces were forgotten. ??‍♂️ Had to go back and exchange everything.

earlier, 2 years ago, the store was much faster. It feels like ordering inside and by car now takes twice as long. The number system inside is a clear deterioration.

Apparently, the mask requirement is not taken very seriously here. Maybe the shift supervisor can explain again that a mouth nose protection over the mouth AND nose belongs. The queuing guests had all combinations of mask over mouth only / open motorcycle helmet to no mask at all. I hope the rest of the hygiene rules are better followed. Even if I am skeptical.

Horror! They straight up gave me a mc frappe without even blending the drink! And they said it was the standard recipe! Don’t even deserve a one star.

A customer returns a burnt burger and it was packed straight into the bag for the next customer. Although the other customer already had it in hand. We had 2 orders and they didn't want to give us one, we would have already picked it up.

Regular , and clean Mc. Donalds.

Simply 3 to 4 stars from the gut. I don't know exactly, but I don't think they deliver. 1 star deduction. Otherwise pretty neat.

Not sure where they find staff at this branch but they are so surley, the woman at the Café barely spoke, no eye contact and spilled my coffee. Don't visit McDonald's for the ambience, however do expect pleasent service. This is sadly not an isolated incident, but the coffee is good, the three stars are for that.

Food was freshly prepared and tasty. It was quite busy. They've forgotten one part of my order, but it was sorted out within a minute. Good job

Happy meal for the kids would save your day as parents

Signature chicken burger is expensive and tasted horrible. Chicken is dry and full of flour and then deep fried until it becomes super dry. Vegan burger is so cheap and tasted horrible like cardboard. Tasteless and has terrible ketchup sauce in it. Total failure! Signature chicken burger is expensive and tastes awful. It's a McDonald's so, of course, it is awful. Service isn't as fast as you would expect and it's definitely overpriced vs quality - extremely poor unnatural ingredients, meat is tasteless and it's full of sugar which gives it that rich flavour. I don't know why people visit these restaurants unless there's nothing else open - this was the case for me on a Sunday lunchtime

Not as many fresh/healthy options as other locations.

Typical MC Donald... nothing special, the restaurant could be a bit cleaner (sticky tables etc)

Freshly modernized, cleaner McDonalds. Unfortunately, the staff was hopelessly overwhelmed when I visited, and it wasn't even full. Too bad.
